Darren was scheduled to replace a window on Monday, he called Monday morning to reschedule for Tuesday. I had to call and follow up on Tuesday to be told he would again not be arriving. I was provided with an alternative number to call for another glazier, who quoted $80 cheaper than Darren. If the work is not wanted then a business should not say they are going to do it. Unprofessionally handled and disappointing.
Very disappointing experience. The company failed to show up on the scheduled date for a table-top measurement, and I had to call them to follow up. The appointment was rescheduled, and they failed to show up again for the second time. On the third booking, Darren called us on the day to cancel again! He assured us they would contact us to reschedule, but we never heard back. If they do not wish to take on the job, it is far more professional to communicate that clearly and honestly rather than repeatedly cancelling and fail... read more
