They pretty shaved my yorkie who had hair touching the ground !!! Not what we asked for. We just wanted her trimmed. Her hair still is not grown out enough to even put a bow in her hair because they shaved her so short and it was all uneven! It's been almost 4 months and her hair is still not long enough for a bow in her top knot! She looked like a totally different dog when we picked her up. Will never go back or recommend this place ever!!

Your dog was so matted that she would have been hurting for days to get out all those mats. We chose to lose you as a customer over torturing your dog for 2 hours cause her great harm & pain. I tried to call you but you did not answer or return my call. I hope you have learned how to brush her correctly or if not I hope her hair never grows back.
My small dogs love going to cuttles and have ball. When they are groomed their wash lasts longer than from any other groomer before. I love the fact that they can run and play all day.
My dogs absolutely LOVE going to Cuttles. I've been going there for over 6 years for doggie daycare, grooming and boarding. The ladies there always take great care of them and keep them safe. They are loving and responsible care givers. They treat them as if they are their own. I esp like the open layout where they can play and socialize. I have dogs large and small and I have never had a single issue. My experience with Cuttles has been exceedingly positive. I highly recommend Cuttles. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!
Greatest place ever. If you want to put your dog in jail take them to pet smart...I prefer to have mine (one 7 lb weiner dog and 2 - 100 lb greyhounds) go to Cuttles where they are cared for, socialized and extremely safe. They are also very accommodating to anything we need, administer meds when needed and are available at a moments notice. This is Quinsy's home away from home. She knows when she is going too. She starts to get real jumpy once we get to Shore Dr and Pleasure House. She loves her daycare and I love it as well as the wonderful grooming she gets when it's time for her groom. They are very friendly and family oriented. Check them out!
This groomer put my mother's small dog in with her big dogs. When my mother picked up her dog she couldn't use her back legs. She took her straight to vet where xrays were taken. The vet confirmed that she had probably been pounced on by the bigger dogs. The vet even went as far as calling this groomer. 300.00 dollars later plus a grooming fee ( which didn't even look like she had been cut).
