I contacted this company over two months ago regarding a moisture issue under my house. During that time, I followed up multiple times both in person and by phone. Each time I was told that someone would be scheduled to attend soon. After waiting this long, I finally received a message saying they are unable to attend at all due to workload, and suggested I find another plumber. Great Service and Workmanship - 5 stars
The work done was excellent but they were slow to reply to our request for service. If communication could be improved then 5*
Cuttle installed and now service our OziKleen septic system. Apart from being friendly, it's pretty clear that they know their stuff - and that takes the stress out of what is an ongoing service arrangement.
Cuttle Plumbing are always reliable and on hand to fix any issues that come up. Definitely recommend.
