Chose this place because I like to support local businesses. Ordering online was easy, however I needed to change the message in the card, and getting a hold of these people was like pulling teeth. It took way too much effort to talk to them to change the message . Also the flowers arrived looking nothing like the photo online, they were wilted. Probably my would choose somewhere else next time.

I don't understand the rave reveues of this place?! I called back in the beginning of February to talk and get ideas for an upcoming wedding for my son. We ( my future daughter-in-law) and met with Sarah 1 time to discuss colors and what exactly we were looking for. Since then, and a few phone calls and many many emails later we still have no response! My sons wedding is in June! I don't know what else I can do? Obviously my business is of no concern to them. It is Valentine’s Day weekend and these ladies are super busy! I called and ask for a flower arrangement for my mother’s roommate in the Cleveland clinic because she is from out of state and has no family here. They not only said yes but had it ready in 20 minutes. They were beautiful!! She cried when I gave the to her. Thank you guys so much!!!❤️
