Professional- showed up when they said and delivered great results.
Even calling last minute in the middle of a storm Steven came and plowed the drive way. Also called him twice last minute and he was there in a timely manner pushing the driveway back enough to hold it off from drifting with the rest of lite snow we’ve gotten and the winds.
I called Steve on an emergency basis to plow mine and my parents driveway after I had a knee injury and was unable to do it on my own. He was there within an hour of my call and both driveways and sidewalks were perfectly done. I reached back out to schedule him for both residences for the remainder of the winter. Steve is a life saver. He is incredibly professional and accommodating and reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone in the North Tonawanda area who needs their driveway plowed.
I do not recommend dealing with this company!!! Aside from a reasonable price for summer mowing, they were horrible to deal with - incomplete work/cleanup on multiple occasions, double charged $350 without proper communication, and failed (for almost 2 weeks so far) to respond to voicemail and email messages; also left me in position of unnecessarily having to collect and dispose of a *large* amount of yard waste in the throes of winter because they both failed to complete the task and failed to communicate/respond to my mes... read more
