Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor throughout the project. I rarely knew when they were coming or what the timeline looked like unless I asked. The biggest issue is that they damaged a custom cabinet during removal and were unable to match it when replacing it. Their first attempt was a plywood cabinet that looked nothing like the surrounding cabinetry. The second attempt used solid wood but still didn’t match. The team, led by Andrew, came to my house and completed only half of the work before vanishing. They have ignored my calls and texts, and their promise to provide their own general contractor turned out to be false. I cannot recommend them at all.

Jr and his team were extremely patient and very helpful. They were always reachable and we communicated very well. They listened to all my needs and gave me a lot of good advice. All their workers were very friendly and completed each job professionally. Cutting Edge is a wonderful restoration company.
