Rented a townhome in which Steve Hartung was the property manager. When we decided to move out he told us we were the best tenants he’s ever had. When he had a showing to re rent the property, he praised us on how immaculate we left the house but than after we moved he withheld 6hrs worth of “cleaning” (we left the home spotless) and charged us for fixing tv holes on 3 walls but only 2 walls ever had ANYTHING hung up on them. I had thought better of him.
