Had a really bad experience at cutting edge nails salon. I went to get a shellac polish, staff are not accommodating and unfriendly. They would not talk in English, and they use a harsh tone of voice. They didn’t understand exactly what I wanted. The girl doing my nails was gonna cut them short instead of removing the shellac polish just because it was easier. I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with the manicure service I received. I had a regular manicure done on Sunday at 2:00 PM, and to my surprise, by Tuesday at 8:00 AM several nails already had chipped polish, while others looked uneven and bubbly, as if the polish was old or too thick. I went back to the salon to seek a solution, but the owner’s response was completely unacceptable. With total disregard, she told me that regular manicures have no guarantee and that “this is what happens” with that type of service.... read more
I got a fill here and I can honestly say these are the best nails I’ve ever had in my life. They truly take their time and never rush — even with my toes. The attention to detail is amazing, and you can tell they actually care about their work. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and they have so many colours to choose from. My nails are strong, perfect, and exactly what I wanted. I’m genuinely never going to another nail salon again — this is officially my favourite spot and I’ll be coming here from now on. I have been coming to Cutting Edge since it opened and I’ve never had any problems. I’ve always recommended Pauline and Andy too many of my friends. What I have read on here I’ve never seen happen here or heard here and I have been here very often by myself and with my husband, this is not have happened and I know that firsthand I stand up for the owners and stand behind them.
