Cutting Edge Meat Market first got its start as our founders' side project over 20 years ago. Eventually, word got out in town about the high-quality meat we were making, so we opened our first shop in 2008. We've been growing ever since. Prime rib out of the case was amazing! Added home style potatoes and a salad. Special treat since we can’t eat out! Nice variety of sausages, our favorite is sweet Italian sausage in pasta!
The rapid City cutting-edge is an awesome place to go. However there Piedmont shop is something to be desired. this is the second time I've went to purchase meat products from them and the second time it's been closed though Google and website says they're open. Guy was in the back cutting meat, not quite sure why he wasn't open. If you're there working why not be open?
