I am visiting from Florida and thought I would try the gym out with my brother who recently joined. He raved about the gym and said I would love it. When we walked in the equipment looked great and the gym was very clean. After about 15 min into my workout I found out my grandmother had a seizure and I had to go to the hospital. I briefly stopped by the front desk to see about a rain check on my guest pass and the young man working there said, "that's not how it works". I am extremely disappointed with the service. Friendly service, always clean and love the classes!
I started working out the last week in December at Cutting Edge three days a week and have not missed a week. The equipment is great, the employees are very friendly, the equipment and facility is kept spotless and the others working out during the times I'm there are very friendly. I taught POD & wgts/agilities at PHN for over 25 yrs, I enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
