I went to get my hair trimmed today, she cut off about 3 inches, and I wanted it cut straight no layers or anything like that. She completely ruined my hair, it’s naturally curly and I normally wear it straight and it’s completely uneven in the front and looks terrible.
Great hair, better care. I wish I had her name, but the stylist who runs the place has been able to take me as a walk in on multiple occasions and fix me up by the end of my lunch break, the first time even fixing a bad cut from a different shop. Midway through my last cut a woman came in during a mental health crisis and she stayed calm and collected even as she was undergoing a borderline assault wherein the woman having a breakdown was holding on to her.
