Ruthii is the only person I trust to do my hair. I followed her here to cutting Edge Hair Salon and this Salon is fantastic and has a great atmosphere. I have had Ruthii trim my hair, do a total restyle from very long hair to a short Bob hair stylist, texture and layers she can do it all. She has also colored my hair full color and highlights. I can't say enough about how talented she is!
