The scope of this project was extensive and included far more than the typical kitchen/bath update . The renovation included demising interior walls, reconfiguring rooms and attic access; redesigning the kitchen and baths; installing new wood and tile flooring throughout the unit; modernizing the electrical service and lighting; and upgrading the HVAC and plumbing.
