Love, love, love this company and their work! Tom is as straightforward and no nonsense as they come. He tells you right at the start he restores old windows two ways: one, in the home for $375 each (includes cleaning tracks, replacing old rope with chain, basically everything except painting and glazing) or two, a total restoration where he brings the windows to his shop and rebuilds them (for lots of $$$ obv).
