I shot them a message over messenger about my problem. They were prompt in their reply, explained that while they couldn't fix my problem due to it needing a specialized part, still looked into alternatives for me and found a solution for me that worked. I can tell you, their aren't many people who would do that in this industry. When I need something fixed again, I'm sure I'll be going here.

I can trust them to not overcharge me And if I have a compute question they will do their best to answer it free of charge. Been using them ever since they opened.
