Great experience and great people
Absolutely disgraceful service. I entered the salon and was completely ignored — no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I waited over 30 minutes, watching them laugh and chat while giving priority to their friends who arrived after me. When I politely asked one of the staff about my turn, he shrugged me off saying he was already cutting someone’s hair and would "ask someone for me" — then completely ignored me.
