I'd have to say I was impressed by the courteous way I was welcomed by the staff. We just moved from Florida, and it was difficult not knowing anyone to do me and my famiy's hair. I was referred by a young baylor student and her hair looked fabulous. Not only did I get great color and a brand new style but the stylist (Melissa Saucedo)was able to explain how to style my hair and did so in such a great manner, I was extremely pleased and left there feeling a like I just stepped out of a spa!
