They sold me a machine puma IVLX and told me it would work with my tint and paint protection software. I called everybody they said could help, and I didn't get anywhere with the machine. I even called to try and see if they would exchange it for a bigger and better one I was told that up to the manager, never even got a call back from them. So I have 2500 dollar piece of shit sitting in my shop.
