Had an oil change service with them less than two months ago. Now the engine oil low light is on. ================ Update I brought the car back to the service center. They found that the plug hadn’t been tightened properly during the last maintenance in July, which caused the engine oil to leak. They tightened it and refilled the oil. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen again.
5 stars for every employee being nice. 2 stars for the actual experience here. I pre scheduled a 10:30am oil change/tire rotation only, left at 1:34pm. That's 3 hours. I told the front desk agent I would be in the waiting room for the duration of this service. After I was waiting for over an hour I decided to ask for a trade in value appraisal, so two salesmen helped me with that then once we finished, i asked them if the car was done and they said no but someone would come and get me when it was..12:50pm rolls around and I ... read more

Always a good experience. I came for regularly scheduled maintenance, but there were some issues found outside of this maintenance. They gave me options that helped me in my current financial situation. Thanks, Mazda service!
