As a Mazda owner, I expected professionalism from an authorized Mazda service center. Instead, I received excuses, attitude, and a sales pitch before my car was even inspected. Very disappointing experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I think their service dept is great -- IF you can get hold of them. but once you do - they are very good
