i feel that when you have an appointment it means that is when your car will be worked on not a check in time. it’s like everything else when you have a plane to catch you don’t go to the airport at the time of your appointment, you check in early before because the plane wants to take off at the time of your appointment. and if you’re coming in when a part is broken the inspection shouldn’t take four hours to tell you that we don’t have the part. maybe you should have a lead inspector to oversee cars so they wouldn’t be sit... read more
My repairs is at the heavy weight section, they do a good job with being short staff, the front should hire regular mechanics since not all of them can work in this field, they also have no clerks, Supervisor and workers can only do so much. Upon reading the reviews, I too had hard time with the front end of Ford, so glad that my repairs weren't through them or my PTSD and anxiety would go crazy, specially the sales rep that I had buying my vehicle.
I had a great experience with the car service, thanks especially to Kellie Walroth and Liz Fontes. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. Their knowledge and helpfulness made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this team to anyone needing car service!
I unfortunately will be having to return to Cutter Ford for the third time this Saturday as the past two times I've been in they have not been able to fix my car properly. Initially I brought in my Escape to have a part replaced for the drivers side window that would stop the screeching noise I had going on.
