Service advisors were great! The team that was available that day worked very well together. I don't know what else to say but they were a great team for just having 2 service advisors. My vehicle felt better than what it did before I got it serviced. I look forward to my next visit with Kelly.
I deal with the commercial service side of Cutter Ford. Great courtesy, conciseness and clarity.
First time to this service department. Was easy enough to get an appiontment for a basic oil change service. Get there and was told wont take more than 2hrs. I say ok sounnds good. Return after about 2.5hrs, gave a little extra time. Spoke to some who wasnt my service advisor to only be told they didnt even start on my truck. I really feel like I have been scammed from this service department. Took my 2011 Ford Edge to be serviced for a ABS light and my electric seat fuse blowing,I paid $195 for each diagnostic so the total was almost $500 just for them to tell me what is causing the issues. But also inform me that the parts that they need to fix both issues are no longer made by ford so they can’t help me .
