BEWARE !!!I live in the apartments adjacent to the mills . The "property manager" ( Thats being polite) Brian just wants your rent . He has allowed Illegal businesses to be operated in his space . The police have been on location several times due to illegal operation. There were used condoms found outside the building on more than one occasion. I rented a mill space to use as an office for just over a year and a half. Moving in was easy, other than the fact that the freight elevator was out of service (out of service was something that I had to get used to at the mill as most things were, including bathrooms, at one time or another). During the initial walkthrough with Brian, the property manager, I noted more than a few imperfections with the space. Are you looking for an office space in a cool mill building - thats well maintained with a great landlord? Well then, you should not rent from the Mills at Salmon Falls. While we enjoyed some of our time there, the building seemed to be falling apart. We stopped taking the elevator because half the time the doors wouldn't open correctly or it sounded like it was going to break at any moment.
