They bought large building were lots of bisnesses are. I believe as soon as bought they kicked everyone out and only gave them a month to leave. I feel that is not enough time if want to keep bisness goin with having to find and move into another place and set up and let customer know were ect. Very sad . BEWARE !!!I live in the apartments adjacent to the mills . The "property manager" ( Thats being polite) Brian just wants your rent . He has allowed Illegal businesses to be operated in his space . The police have been on location several times due to illegal operation. There were used condoms found outside the building on more than one occasion. There are also several people living at the upper mill , which is also illegal . The Police, fire , and Town code enforcement officer have been notified as the issues fall on deaf ea... read more

I rented a mill space to use as an office for just over a year and a half. Moving in was easy, other than the fact that the freight elevator was out of service (out of service was something that I had to get used to at the mill as most things were, including bathrooms, at one time or another). During the initial walkthrough with Brian, the property manager, I noted more than a few imperfections with the space.
