I had a very poor experience with the service department, specifically with my service advisor, Ryan Iaea. Despite my vehicle being only two years old and still under warranty, he was unwilling to provide help or consider coverage. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and REPAIR! Took my car in months ago and cost over $5k to only get it back and now in-drivable. Had to get it towed back and still can’t get a call back. Brian (manager) and Kyle are awful at customer service and repair team is even worse! Total scam!!! Do not use!!!
Sadly, my experiences with this service center are similar to what others are writing. I understand trying to set up an automated system, which can make ease of making an appointment easier. But many times that cannot take the place of taking to an actual representative. Calling numerous times and being unable to immediately talk to a representative was extremely frustrating. If I could give 0 I would. First of all No one answered the phone to see if we could have our Jeep towed to this facility. We finally just took a chance on it. That was the end of August. It sat there for a week because no one could get to it. Then it took another week because they couldn’t figure out the problem. They finally figure it out and someone put diesel. The tech was of no help with dealing with the insurance and all he was focused on was collecting payment. Mind you they found an issue with the radiator. We have a... read more
