Horrible service lack of professionalism in handling paperwork totally unacceptable incompetence
Updated review: registration on our used car 2024 honda took over 3 months to come in. Location lie on when we multiple times on when we would receive the registration transfer and change safety. I had to call for months just to get the same runaround then they said it was sent out and it wasn’t so when I finally received the mail, the date was the day before begin with. Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was unprofessional and unfriendly from the start, I was met with attitude rather than assistance. After I clearly expressed my intention to move forward with the purchase, they suddenly changed the price without justification. It felt dishonest and left me questioning their integrity as a dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a straightforward and respectful car-buying experience.
