Prepare to waste 4 hours or more just to get an overpriced numbers sheet. I went to cutter and was trying to spend an hour to get a pricing sheet to compare to another dealership. Very disappointed with the service and communication from this dealership. I took my 2024 Wrangler in for the check engine light flashing. After 3 days, I had to call for an update. My service tech, Rey, said he’d been calling but no answer which was not true. I was told that the part for my Jeep (an O2 sensor) was on national back order, and they didn’t know when it would be done. My other half and I decided to take a leap and get a car for a dealership less then 4 months of having the car it didn’t start my son has some medical issues all I wanted was a car to take us from a to b and now it’s in service with them saying it’s this problem that problem !!!!
Funny how every1 has a good experience purchasing a vehicle there. Just wait until go through their service department and they’ll give you their “Bend Over Special!”
Don’t rely on them to honor your warranty! I’ve taken my jeep (still under warranty) in for the same issue 5 separate times. They refuse to acknowledge or fix the issue. Constant waste of time and money with this service department.
