5/2: Updating my review....We finally got our truck back and it's been a few weeks now and everything works great. There was some hiccups and conversations along that way, but I must commend Mike for his professionalism and knowledge. He also heard our frustrations and worked with us, communicated when needed and answered all questions even when we probably was being hard. But he understood the frustration. I’m very disappointed in the integrity of this center. I took my vehicle in for an AC service and was told I needed a whole new system which will cost $4500. They said it needed a new evaporator and condenser. I declined the service and took it to an AC specialist. He looked at the write up and tested the system. The condenser and evaporator were in good working order. He did have to change some parts to get the system up and running at a total cost of $400.00. I just had a oil change done last week Monday. Today my car didn't want to start. (21 GMC acadia) Open the hood and my coolant reservoir cap was not on it. Look more down in engine there it is (pictures attached) They gave my car back with the cap missing and now the coolant is empty. Not to mention my car shut off while driving my kids to school.
