The haircut was lovely but left feeling disappointed that my hair didnt get styled or dried fully. The stylist spent a long time complaing my hair was too thick and thinning it out. For $40-$50 I would expect to leave feeling good and not looking messy. To top it all off I had to go home and shower because I was covered in hair.
Just want to thank all the lady's at Cuts Only in Northland. They have been washing my mums hair for 12 months now and they are all so kind absolute Angel's!! They take care and have made my mum who has FTD feel really special. Thanks so much ladies big hugs 🫂
Asked for 2 cm to be cut off the bottom and straight across ended up with 4cm cut off and rounded around the front. Now it looks like someone has stuck a bowl on my head and cut around it. Also they have a giant sign up saying all cuts 29 dollars and charged me 35 dollars. When questioned that told me that was only if you get your hair coloured as well. This is false advertising. I will definitely not be going back there

Staff are SO RUDE. They don’t have any pride about the work they do, so if you want them to care about your hair - forget about it. Terrible, terrible service. They just want you in and out the door like cattle.
