I had gotten a perm and it lasted 1 day . This was one of the worse looking perms ever. my hair looked like ramen for about 10 days then it was just discussing. the one in the black shirt is what i asked for and the grey hoodie is what i got.

Great place, makes you feel right at home. Every employee you encounter with in here is nice and welcoming. Khrystal has always done my hair and I wouldn’t go to anyone else or any other salon. She does an amazing job.

I went here because of all the great reviews but they are very deceiving, I would not recommend this place to my enemy. I took my daughter for a perm that same day you couldn't even tell she had gotten a perm. Took her back to have fixed and still doesn't look good after $200 . Oh and the customer service is horrible,they are rude . Also I had to laugh at the response about a refund, " expertise ", had it been for expertise I would not have had to go back for a second time ! Khrystal has been such an amazing stylist!! I have been to her twice myself. I now take my daughter to her and refer all of my friends to her. My daughter and friends that have had the privilege of being a client of Khrystal's loved their hair. She is very dedicated, flexible, kind, and quick. She will definitely meet expectations and desires!! I will definitely be back!!
