I was a walk in today and Michael was awesome! Michael had great conversation and made sure I was comfortable throughout the shampoo and cut.
I walked in not really knowing what I wanted with my hair — I just knew I needed a change. Mary took the time to talk with me, listened to what I was trying to accomplish even when I wasn’t quite sure how to explain it, and got me scheduled for the very next day. She did my highlights and cut, and I LOVE how it turned out! She gave my hair so much dimension and movement while still making it feel natural and like me. Well… that was an experience. Don’t know the guys name but we’ll call him backwards hat. The haircut was fine, but the customer service? Not exactly warm and fuzzy. I was showing backwards hat some photos of what my daughter wanted and he seemed so uninterested. He didn’t even cut he hair at all like we wanted! I told him lots of layers. The gentleman cutting my daughter’s hair wasn’t very inviting, and apparently his shorts had decided they were optional—underwear and butt crack fully on display. Terrible barber. Did not understand basic numbering and tapering. Ruined my hair and I left needing to fix what they did.
