I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Cuts By Us. (photos are of their "corrective color") Before booking, I spoke directly with the manager and explained that I needed an experienced stylist for highlights and long hair because I had a professional photoshoot in just a few days. I was assured Kathy was the right person for the job. From the start, things felt off. I asked for 1 inch off and she just started doing her own thing and ended up cutting at least 3 inch’s of my hair off all around
Love this place! They r friendly and helpful. And I like the fact that they take walking to.
