Went in and son immediately sat for haircut. Two people came in after and went before me. I asked the lady to take my name off and she started with attitude. I told her to be quiet because I simply wanted to take my name off the list. She said, "Don't tell me to shut up." I said, "I didn't." She said, "Being quiet is the same thing." Great experience. Dakota usually does my hair but Stephen has also. Both did great job. I get color and cut.
This is where I will be going from now on. I had my hair cut by Cara and she did an awesome job, exactly what I wanted. I went back a few days later for highlights , which were done by Jenn, so pretty! Best highlights I've ever had! Everyone there are so nice and funny, atmosphere is great.
They lost a long time customer today! Lady who I dealt with was rude, was trying to show her a hairstyle, kept saying it was too long to achieve this type of style, showed her another, same response, then has the gall to say, I can just wash it and blow dry it. Really?!? I walked out and went to Master Cuts. Very nice lady got my hair cut and did a fantastic job!
This has to be my worse haircut yet. I have short hair and I asked for a haircut below my ears, but instead they cut my hair above my ears. The hairdresser I had did not let me see my hair after it was done. Whenever the ladies are done they always at the end ask if you like it and gets a mirror to see the back, but this lady did not. The hair stylist Tiffany was very nice and very helpful. She did a great job with my hair color and hair cut. Great staff and very clean.
I asked for my hair to be colored and then peek a boos throughout. Well this was at two pm. Beteween smoke breaks and cell phone conversations I didn't get out until almost 7pm the results were not what I wanted. My peek a boos are orange and it looks horrible. And my hair looks orange someone needs to fix this
