This hair salon has one Hair Stylist that is good. Her name is Shelby. I called the owner and she was not interested in hearing what I have to say so I’ll post it here. I have been going there for at least six years. For color, Dave and Danny are MASTERS! For cuts, I have only had one cut that didn't suit me but that hairdresser is no longer there. Everyone is friendly, the fees are very reasonable, the salon is clean.
I'm in Cosmetology school and I came in to tan on my lunch break. I figured while I was there I'd get my hair edged/faded and texturized.. The lady that did my hair SHAVED the back of my head where it was stacked in the back. There was patches of hair and long sprigs of hair missed, I was gouged to the scalp with the clippers.. Etc. Love, the shop. Going back, great color and cut. My daughter told me to quit wasting my money. All hair stylish go through the same training. She was right, Very Happy that I went there.
I'm not gonna lie and pretend to be a customer, I am a stylist at this salon but I would like to clear up the review about the 5.99 cut. We have never had that sale, that wasn't us. More than likely it was Great Clips. I am not one to down another business but I do not want someone thinking this was us. You'll find bad reviews everywhere but we ask that you try us before you judge us. Thank you!
Took my mom there because they were having a $5.99 haircut special and she is a senior (she's 80) and she insisted. Anyway, I heard my mom tell her about how she wanted it cut, but she wanted a layer cut shorter underneath so it would curl under. My mom said this to the girl several times but the girl kept telling my mom that if she wanted it blown out with a big brush it would cost extra.
