I am a transplant from Seattle and have had a difficult time finding a stylist that cuts fine short hair..I found her, Ashley thank you.
went in to get a bleach to remove the blue in my hair and was told no bleach needed for the color I wanted so I showed her the pic of what I wanted and got this and it was nothing like I wanted the blue is patchy all over my hair and the color is 10x darker then what I wanted plus I asked for a trim and it didnt end so well now my hair is uneven
