RecommendedOrdered a set of of BBQ tools because Cutlery and More already carried the one I wanted for the best price I could find. I am a semi-local IL resident but this item showed up at my door literally the next day and the shipping was free already. One of the tools was unfortunately defective, so I sent an email requesting an exchange and a customer service rep got back to me with a return shipping label within minutes. Good vendor, great product selection, and great customer service. I'll certainly shop from them again.
