Hands down some of the best customer service I've ever seen, not only were they friendly, but they had a ton of knowledge and as a complete noob, they really help guide you in the right direction, 10/5 these are my go to guys now

These guys are great to work with. Got my ego products from them and they were able to switch out batteries for the size that I needed.
This company uses their size to justify why they don't believe in customer service for UNOPENED items for returns for free, EVEN WHEN PURCHASED THRU AMAZON! Do NOt use them, unless your are CERTAIN of the item. They will make you pay for the return, which in my case, is 1/3 of the item cost!
