Took my 2 yr. old "Honda" to a homegrown mechanic who told me the "Transmission" was gone and it was not worth saving, mower was $550. new, I took it to Cutlers, it was a cable, they fixed it, serviced it , new blades, air filter, everything, it is just like brand new, busy time of the year, all done in a week for $150. Take it to a professional folks !!
A bunch of slackers. I took in a mower tire for replacement. Keep in mind, I paid over $3000 for this toro mower. They said 3 days to get a new tire on. Or spend over$100 for a new rim and tire. Bought a 7" tire for $45 and paid $5.00 at AG tire of Orem to mount it. Cutlers is full of slackers. My next purchase will certainly be from anyone but them. That is only my last experience. Previous visits were the same.
