Every time we have had an issue the office ladies Mayra, Graciela, and Hadys have been super helpful and attentive. The maintenance team Miguel and Eduardo have always tried their best to be speedy with any repairs or assistance we have needed.
I've been living here for about 7 years now, and l've always had a great experience with the management team. They're quick to respond and handle things right away especially when it comes to maintenance issues like drains or repairs. Hadys in the office is always super attentive and helpful, she really makes things easy. The staff actually follows through, which I really appreciate after all these years.

The apartment is in a nice location, but the management is a significant issue. Although they recently renovated the apartment, they neglected essential repairs, such as the drainage system. Furthermore, the management is violating Miami Dade county regulations by not providing the required 60-day notice for rent increases. They raised the rent with only one week's notice.
