Very professional and well organized. last time i was very excited about trying a cutler salon.I tried spa first time in cutler salon it was fabulous. I will definitely come back again.Thank You!!
If I could give this place less I would. I booked with them for an appointment, confirmed it, and then get to the location only to not have my person show up. Then I called and the manager tried to say in every way possible that it was not there fault. That this particular person does not work in that location on that day (as if we all know that) that her "senior Booker" never messes up, that the text i confirmed the appointment on has the location on it (it does not) then it took prompting from ME to get her to apologize!
