Called Mike at the last minute due to the no show of the first realtor I called. He showed up the same day. We go the house listed and sold it for more than the listing in less than a week. He went the extra mile for us with closing and getting us hooked up with movers. Even shipped an item we accidently left in the house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants a reliable do what they say realtor.
