I know going with the same realtor for buyer and seller is not the best idea but this was for a small fishing cottage. We were also told it would be a quick sale so we weren’t concerned. I purchased a home in which the seller's realtor was Janelle ****of Cutler Real Estate. The sellers lied on the State of Ohio's disclosure form stating that the roof had been replaced in 2015. We were given a very short window to get inspections done and the roof was covered in snow during this time. Our inspector based off the disclosure form felt secure in the condition of the roof based on the roof being replaced in 2015.
