Viewed a property listed on 5874 Rosedale St in Louisville (Nimishillen Twsp). It was advertised as "A very beautiful and elegant ranch home". It was anything but that. It is dated- original metal slider windows, original kitchen cabinetry, most bathroom fixtures are original, carpeting is older and soiled, the basement has some water issues, The interior trim needs painted or replaced. This should have been listed as a "fixer upper" and priced accordingly. The agents were less than honest about this listing.
The home listed has black mold issues and other problems. Also three people died in that home. One by suicide. The price is also outrageous. No one would or should buy that home if they knew the truth.
