I found our Cutler Real Estate long term agent as lazy and arrogant in her approach after we listed with her and her side kick, also she seems to think she has a corner on the market due to her longevity as a realtor. She went out of her way to get us to list with her and then she dropped the ball repeatedly. One time a potential buyer came back to the property unauthorized and went inside because she forgot to lock the front door and the lock box, it set off our alarm and she took no responsibility whatsoever.
