Their agent Morah is terrible! She’s unprofessional, she’s a lair and scammer in order to get her commission! Morah and another agent had us fix up a property we were trying to buy because the seller couldn’t afford to do so. Which by the way, was against the law. I came here and applied for a apartment right after the apartment was posted online. I had spoken to one of the leasing agents who clearly isn’t professional... she mentioned how the apartment had received a lot of attention and that it was good that I had came in to apply before everyone else, she then provided me with a checklist which indicated that I had submitted all the information that was needed. Their agent Edward Lindenschmidt stereotypes people based on his own ill-conceived prejudices, jumps to conclusions and is not well fitted for dealing with the public. Would possibly do better in a career as a mortician or as part of a Vegas ventriloquist act, as he is more than qualified to be the dummy.
