bought a house, everything was going well. She recommended an inspector and he missed a lot which ended up costing me $15k because of a wall. They offered no help to remedy the situation. I was told "well theres nothing we can do" now keep in mind, this problem with my foundation wall happened 1 week after i moved in!! I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
Horrible experience. I wont name my specific Agent. But I was screwed from the start. I started this adventure a few months before my lease for my apartment expired. I got approved by homeside Mortgage. And of course it had its ups and downs. You make an offer. The owner accepted a different offer. Thats to be expected. But As it got closer to the end of my lease thats when panic started to set in. Especially when you get notified that you have to redo your preapproval even though it was good for 90 days which its only been ... read more
