The power goes out all the time in the park from garbage equipment. The people running the park tell you what you can and cannot have in your yard. If you do not mow the tiny piece of yard you have in time, they charge a lot to run a few strips with their riding lawnmower. Management is not helpful or kind.
because they suck. the electric in there is outrageous an dits paid to the park so u cannot get on a budget plan. when we moved in our place was filthy because the cleaners are lazy and did a half assed job. the girls that ran the front at the time were lazy and smelled strange as can be and the management at sun comm is HORRIBLE. not recommended
Well I'm not very happy about being denied when they said my denial was due to my credit score being lower then 500 which I have proof it's not!!
