Great personal service. Terry always makes sure to ask when I need my clothes back by and has never been late with a delivery. I have been a customer for several years. They always do a first rate job. Highly recommend.
Fast service, Terry cares and makes sure things happen as promised. Pickup or drop off - always as promised. Very happy customer.
On average I was spending 500/mth in dry cleaning. They lost a pair of pants and I apoke to the manager and he stated they will make good on it if they need to. I asked for the owner to call me several times and he did not once. Very poor customer service and I will give my business to someone else. Not one call, shame on you Richard!
