Jeffery from Cutler Bay House A/C Masters did an outstanding job. He arrived on time and clearly communicated his plan for the HVAC system repair. He then proceeded to fix the issue effectively. After the job was completed, he ensured everything was clean and restored to its original state. My HVAC system is now functioning flawlessly. I will certainly rely on this company for any future HVAC maintenance or repair needs in my Cutler Bay home.

I was thrilled and overjoyed when the HVAC company said they could come out on a Sunday to repair my HVAC system without any additional fees. When they hadn't shown up by 3:30, I reached out and they informed me they couldn't make it. However, Ruben was right on schedule first thing Monday in Cutler Bay, and the problem was quickly fixed. All in all, the service was outstanding.

I appreciate the whole team. I wish I could give even more stars to this HVAC company based in Cutler Bay. Even during their peak season, they were able to replace our AC system without any significant waiting time. The team, which included Jeffery and Ruben, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and were truly phenomenal. Cutler Bay House A/C Masters is a trustworthy business and Jeffery did a superb job! We're pleased with our HVAC system and thermostat!
