AVOID THIS PLACE !! Very rude! They speak their own language in front of you and laugh while your trying to resolve an issue! Extremely unprofessional. The acrylic nails last 2 days before popping off. They don't clean the left over acrylic off your nails. My skin was sticking under my nails! They fight with their customers! THEY NEED TO LEAVE NORRIDGE!!
Do not come here. They ripped my nail off. it was completely preventable but they didn't listen to me. While taking off my artificial nails, the lady took off my actual nail with it too. started bleeding and all she did was fold it back over and put on a cheap bandage. She then continued to paint the rest of my nails and still charged me. I am so angry about my nail! i don't want to get an infection. they didn't apologize or show any sympathy towards me. it was completely their fault. the salon have to have enough people to work on customer, not one person do 3-4 people at once. My friend went there once to get a new full set and got many broken the new few days. It shouldn't be like that. At least if a good technicians and make it last for 3 - 6 months if my friend come as often as every two weeks to get fill-in.
The female tech is nasty and rude. They try and work on 3-4 folks at once, they are slow and very sloppy. My gel fill chipped and lifted with in 24 hours yet they gave me a real hassle when I went in to get it repaired. The female tech snapped and yelled at me and hurt my thumb she grabbed it so hard. They do not do quality work.
I think it is a great company cause they are so nice and they do a wonderful job!!! i would really reccommend it.
