They got me in quickly without an appointment, and then were super fast with the manicure! I just got an acrylic fill and new coat, and it was a super reasonable price. I was in and out in under an hour. I will be returning!
Abysmal service at Cutie-Cles Nail Salon. They where an hour late for my appointment. They gave me major attitude that I was annoyed that they where late. I had left my dog at doggie day care and needed to get back to pick him up. When I told them this they paid no mind and talked in their foreign language. I told them not to finish my toes because I was in a rush to pick up my dog before they closed. I have been going to Cutiecles for almost a year and after tonight I cannot return. I had to wait 40+ mins to get helped after making an appointment. I got my finger cut and the nail tech didn’t even apologize and seemed bothered when I showed him. I asked for a discount because of the long wait and getting cut and they denied me saying they can’t do that. I cannot stand by this type of customer service. My time is so busy I can’t wait 40 mins for a scheduled appointment and no apology was provided. Very upsetting!
Zero higiene I never looked at them disinfecting their work tools,or the área were they work. The next day my toe hurt a lot and my toe swelled
Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. I took my daughter here for a full set today and the experience was completely unacceptable. The nail tech who worked on her was aggressive and careless especially during prep. He was over-filing her natural nails, which is not only painful but completely unnecessary if you actually know how to properly use an e-file.
