Genuinely was such a negative experience. This is the second time i have come here with my friend and it was the same experience both times with the same nail techs. I scheduled days before for an appointment with my friend. She had her nails done quick and easy by nina within an hour. Meanwhile i was there for 2 1/2 hours. the guy left my nails to go do a whole other set during MY appointment. I scheduled my appointment with my usual nail tech. I verified that she would be available at the time I requested. I waited 20 minutes to be seen and was given a completely different nail tech. My tech today was especially aggressive when clearing off the polish. He burned each finger, multiple times. When curing the polish, the lamp was set at a higher temperature and burned me again. I had to keep taking my hand out because it was so hot! I know much of this is my fault and I should have said something or rescheduled. I h... read more

Me and my son were seen today for a pedicure. I didn’t catch his name but a man was doing my service. I was in so much pain.😭 The lotion massage was the WORST part!! He was being so rough.. it hurt so bad.😭 My son went with me for everything but nail color by a lady and he left bleeding and a bit sore. I won’t be returning..

I’m sad honestly, I went in and I originally wanted a ombré style nail but the nail tech said that he can do it but doesn’t have time like why say you can do it anyway get my hopes up? & so I moved on and only got almond pink nails short length and unfortunately was charged $68 I asked why so much? I’ve never been charged that much nail tech says to me have you had your nails done before? Excuse me ? & when I called they had told me that they’d charge me $45 why did that change suddenly is this your way of trying to secure a... read more
