Received unfair and unwarranted treatment from nail tech Valeria. She was late for my appointment due to talking to her coworkers. When she began working on my nails she purposely cut them extremely short being spiteful and was squeezing my hand and turning it to the point I had to snatch my hand from her. went to valeria like yesterday, the nails are cute ill give her that but the moment i got home i noticed there was acrylic all on the skin around my nail & now that skin is itching horribly they also feel like they arent lasting longer than a week, ive been getting acrylics for years and i know when my nails are about to pop off and for $100 thats insane to me they quote $65 for a full set but they’ll charge you up to $40 extra dollars depending on the length you want, not including designs i walked in hoping to get xl frenc... read more
Front desk girl was weird and condescending. She was looking at me up and down like she was better than me? Which is crazy coming from a girl I look better than. The pedicure felt rushed and not thorough.
Wish it was no stars but I needed to post this ……Very unprofessional staff, I booked with slyvia (I messed up her name) who was non welcoming and on her phone multiple times. We started doing my nails I would say 5-6 mins earlier than appointment time as soon as we finish my nails she proceeds to say she doesn’t have time for my pedicure that I booked with 45 mins remaining in my time.
