Wish it was no stars but I needed to post this ……Very unprofessional staff, I booked with slyvia (I messed up her name) who was non welcoming and on her phone multiple times. We started doing my nails I would say 5-6 mins earlier than appointment time as soon as we finish my nails she proceeds to say she doesn’t have time for my pedicure that I booked with 45 mins remaining in my time. Well they are consistent with bad customer service. Glad I’m not the only one that’s been treated like this multiple times. First of all, I’ve been a customer for about 2 years already. Melisa does great work and she’s great. I’m very understanding about rescheduling as life happens. However, there has been multiple instances where my appointments has been canceled last minute or I’ve been switched to another person without any notification or confirmation. Yasmin is WONDERFUL! I cannot say enough great things about her! I have a serious nailbiting problem, and I will literally chew off my acrylics if there is anything even the slightest bit uneven or doesn’t feel right. I’ve had my mani and pedi with Marianna twice already and she always does perfect job. For me it’s important to get cuticle cleaned and she does it perfectly. I will be booking with her again ♥️
I came in for a refill with La_Valery, first she was watching a show on her phone and would randomly stop what she was doing to laugh at whatever she was watching, second since she was paying attention her show and not my nails, I kept telling her to make them shorter and she wouldn’t for some reason, third when i pointed out the flaws in the nails she called over the front desk person to translate the prices of everything, she up-charged me saying I have long nails when I’ve been telling her to make them shorter, lastly she... read more
