I went in for a regular manicure and pedicure and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The older lady who did my pedicure was rude and dismissive, and the man doing my manicure didn’t listen at all. I clearly asked for regular nail polish, but they went ahead and applied gel anyway—no proper manicure was even done. The quality of the pedicure was very mediocre, and overall, it felt like the staff didn’t make any effort to understand what I wanted. Need to work on customer service. Walked in no one came to the front. Then no one told me the wait time, I got up to politely ask and it was as if I was interrupting them. Lost a new customer.
I have been here the past 3 times I’ve had my nails done and I will now only be going here. Staff is friendly and their work is always beautiful!
