Do not go here, I did a walk in. It was fairly quick that I was sat down. Ana is the one who did my nails and let me say these are the most uncomfortable nails I’ve ever had. They were a $100. She placed the thumb nail on my cuticle and the thing is, she knew, she tried to take it off and then gave up and started doing them. I have to go get it taken off somewhere else and it’s painful. This is by far my favorite nail salon and BEST salon in Albuquerque and I have been to quite a few. I see Mai and she is the best. She is so sweet and does exactly what I want everytime and really pays attention to detail. The owner is so sweet and always makes sure the guests have what they need. Everyone on the staff is so kind and friendly. Such a beautiful, great and relaxing environment to get your nails done♡ Will never go anywhere else.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because unfortunately this was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. I do want to acknowledge that the manager ultimately listened to my concerns and did her best to make the situation right. I had my nails done somewhere else the day before and unfortunately cracked three of them.
